Goodwood Tofu

We were so happy to acquire Goodwood Tofu, a sensible and quality doe who has been a wonderful addition to our herd. Thanks Diane!

Tofu is the daughter of ARMCH Goodwood Kauri Tree ++*S and Goodwood Souvenir and, of course, she is the full sister to MCH Goodwood Tahoka *D.

She's in great shape at 10 years and her udder still looks lovely; she's a joy to milk. She gave us a wonderful doe first thing this year, Dusty Bear BTA Tofu’s Bonnie. We are thrilled with her!

We'll breed Tofu one more time and then retire her to leisurely baby sitting for the rest of her life!

New Road Ranch Halana

Hally is a really cute little girl: She is a wonderful milker with a soft, shapely udder that milks all the way out.

We are very pleased to have her and Tofu in our foundation stock. She'll retire here too when she finishes her breeding career! She is bred to Tie, with kids due in early August. We're anxious to see what her milk capacity and Tie's body produce!

PromisedLand Magic Moment *D

Magic was a wonderful addition to our herd. We were so happy to aquire a Luck of the Draw daughter. Thanks Ellen! And to top it off, she produced a gorgeous doe and buck for us by her Sire, Luck of the Draw... so now I have two daughters.

Magic is due 2/6 and looks very packed. She still owes Ellen a little Dusty girl.

We are so happy to have her and think she's a fantastic addition to our herd! I'm thrilled to have Lucky genes in our herd. Thanks again Ellen!

Tyny Sahara's Mist *D

Misty is another doe that will always live here. She's my blue-eyed pet. She's my best milker too.

Misty got her star on her first freshening with the sweetest richest milk. Her sire, Green Gate Prince of Tides, was the NDGA's '02 National Grand Champion Sr. Buck. She's a pretty girl that I will show.

Check out her daughter by Dusty, Sparkles, on the junior doe page. Misty seems to pass on the nice-sized teats to her daughters.

Misty had a C Section so is taking a year off. She’ll be bred again in Fall ‘06.

4Fun Little Jambalaya

Jam is a pretty, Alpine-looking doe. She's sleek and feminine. Her udder is very shapely and well attached. Her first doeling, Dill's GO Jumble Bug, is showing really well for the Dill's.

Jam was sold to the new herd owned by Alaina Dunivan, Silver Creek Nigerians. I bought Jam back when Alaina needed to make room. She’s really maturing well and I can’t wait to get a new picture in May. She’s bred to Boo and due 2/27.

Dusty Bear Copper Arrow

I bought Arrow back from Alaina when I saw her first udder and her doe Ingot. Alaina kept her other daughter and she’s really nice. I have to get a good picture of her. She’s not my prettiest doe, but she dropped three kids with no trouble her first birth this year and milked like a champ. She’s bred to Lucky and due 2/11.
